The isi-sys DAQ devices are set up for operation with the VIC software for Digital Image Correlation (DIC) by Correlated Solutions and function as an integral part of isi-sys turn-key DIC systems.
VIC-DAQs
Simple software triggering via the camera interfaces do not ensure an accurate simultaneous image acquisition for stereo camera systems. The VIC-3D Professional systems operate with a VIC-DAQ using hardware triggering.The VIC-DAQ synchronizes the cameras and LEDs to external single trigger events, enable image-synchronized analog data recording with different sampling rates and synchronization to periodic events such as vibration, rotation or fatigue measurements even up to 100 kHz.
