Features of Blue-X-Series
- The short wavelength and small bandwidth improves the optical transfer function of lenses by reducing chromatic aberrations and diffraction.
- The pulse mode down to ultra short pulse length reduces motion blur and maximizes light power at lowest possible heat input to the object surface.
- Special (wire grid) polarisation filters enable high power polarized light output for suppression of direct reflections (Standard types sufficient for Blue-X-Lite).
- Suitable wave length for applying the new Fluorescence speckle method.
- The short wavelength can be used in combination with bandpass filters for measuring on hot samples.
- Large beam expansion range from 7.5° to 60° for small to large field of view. Operation through small windows.
- Highly focusable beam for maximum power even at small and very small FOVs.
