isi-sys piezo-shaker-modules 

for non destructive testing and vibration analysis

A small portable piezo-electric shaker  permits local excitation of defects such as cracks, de-laminations and dis-bonds. Vibrating in their natural mode shapes the Vibrograph visualises the defects within the composite structure. See NDT example (dis-bond detection).  

Piezo-shaker-modules for handy use in non destructive testing and vibration analysis are tested to beyond 40kHz.  

The modules can be calibrated for pre-determined excitation forces. Various adapter mounts are available for easy fixing of the shaker-modules including vacuum cups and wax. 

We adapt the shakers for your individual use and application.


Excitation frequencies are controlled by the software shearwin.  External single channel power amplifiers are available with different power classes.
