• Due to the use of modular Laser diode arrays of Laser class 2M (with 400mW x number of modules), no additional safety devices are necessary for the application of the system
• High spatial resolution (1392 x 1040 or 2452 x 2054 pixel) with flexibility by partial scanning of the CCD-camera and binning mode (VGA at 2x2, 4x4 ... pixel) for increased sensitivity (factor 4, 8 ...) and image frequencies
• Suppression of background noise by interference filter for different wavelengths
• Phase shifting technology for the reconstruction of light waves smaller than 10nm
• Computer driven shutter of the CCD-Sensor allows an independent adjustment of the speckle size
• Adjustable integration times (Shutter CCD-Sensor) and a high sensor- sensitivity allow a big, effective measuring field even at bad reflecting conditions.
