High speed Videostroboscope
The High speed Videostroboscope can be used to visualize and record vibrations and rotations in slow-motion - on the electrodynamic shaker, the engine test stand, at non-accessible locations and on large or microscale objects. The High speed Videostroboscope is an easy to use turn-key system and provides a low cost alternative to expensive high speed cameras. The systems offer many of the features that conventional stroboscopes lack, such as application at day light, automatic monitoring and analysis tools.
Depending on the frequency or velocity of motion it is possible to strobe the CCD camera or the illumination.
The standard mobile version consists of PCMCIA devices (trigger system) and IEEE 1394 (firewire camera) which are connected to a Laptop.
