The piezo-shaker systems are tested to function beyond 50kHz (100kHz). The modules can be calibrated for predetermined excitation forces. Vacuum cups are available for quick and easy fixing on the object.

Piezo-Shakers are high voltage devices requiring high voltage amplifiers and high frequency especially for NDT. The dual channel bipolar amplifier HVA-B100/2 is specially developed for these applications. A mall vacuum pump is optionally included.

- No noise / no vibration (vacuum pump off)

- Input +/-10V (5V), amplification x10 (x20)

- Frequency range 0- 50kHz (100kHz optional)

- Input BNC, Output TNC (BNC adapter)

- Internal vacuum pump (optional)

- Portable 19” Casing or rack version including

function generator, PC and vacuum pump

The excitation frequencies are generated by function generators (external USB or PCI board devices by e.g Agilent or National Instrument) controlled via the isi-Studio software module.

The excitation frequencies (sweeps) are software or manual controlled. For mobile applications portable rack systems include power amplifier, function generation and vacuum pumps for easy piezo mounting with vacuum cups are available.

The isi Piezoshakers are specifically developed for highfrequenced broadband excitation. Different versions and adapters are available on request. Furthermore, individual planning, fitting and calibration is possible.
