As economic alternative for the individual non-destructive inspection of particulate as well as to labor and test purpose, isi-sys developed a vacuum chamber based on glass cylinder. Aperture up to 1,2 m and unbounded lengths are possible.
For the automatic inspect of series, vacuum chambers in any sizes are available for different product and product processes. The equipment already proved itselve in many cases of the tire checking and are there constantly integrated in the assembly and remolding process.
Due to the optical all around accessible chamber, no inboard shearography-sensor with robot- or remote controle is necessary, in contrast to closed (opaque) vacuum chambers. The object can be inspected from outside with manual operation with shearography.
